Pittsburgh Will Surprise You This Summer
Pittsburgh is Picklesburgh, KidsBURGH, Picks-Burgh and #PIXARburgh
If you’ve been considering coming to Pittsburgh, these next three months are the height of can’t-miss festivals and world-class attractions sure to surprise and delight everyone you’re traveling with.
July is an epic mix of festivals, conventions and special events that make Pittsburgh a must-see destination this summer. The month kicks off with a bang as the City of Pittsburgh Independence Day Celebration puts on the Burgh's largest 4th of July fireworks celebration. We follow that up with the rockin' Northside Music Festival, always incredible Picklesburgh celebration and end the month with the nation's only vintage street race via the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.
It's also an incredible month for cons as the furries take over Pittsburgh for Anthrocon for another world record-setting event and Tekko, PA's largest anime convention, returns to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Traveling with kids? Our new KidsBURGH pass is a must-have on your phone as you unlock prizes and exclusive discounts at a dozen locations around the city including the new Pixar exhibit at Carnegie Science Center.
