Dollar Bank Cinema in the Park invites you to bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy your favorite park location’s showing a special feature film of “The Wiz” (G) or “Creed” (PG-13).

Dance the night away to hip hop and R&B with DJ ROK & MIKE DEAN on The Empress, or old school hits with DJ NICK NICE & BROTHER MARLON aka DJ MARVALOUS aboard The Dutchess.
Family Roller Skate

Farmers Markets will be held throughout the community, with kids activities and a special performance from Anni Mai and the Rhythm of the Night Fusion Band at the June 19 Northside Market.

Grand Jubilee Parade
June 20 Stepping off at 11am
Taking over Downtown Pittsburgh on Saturday, the Grand Jubilee Parade will wind through Centre Avenue, Fifth Avenue, and Liberty Avenue, bringing movement, music, and pride to the heart of the city. Expect a high-energy lineup of steppers, dancers, horses, and community groups representing the spirit and legacy of Juneteenth.
Vashon Historic Market Dedication
June 26 at 1pm
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission approved a marker honoring George B. Vashon (1824-1878) that will be unveiled June 26, 2026 at 1:00pm at its location at the corner of Third Avenue and Market Streets right across the street from PPG Plaza. George, who grew up largely in Pittsburgh, became the first Black graduate of Oberlin College and the first Black lawyer admitted to the New York Bar. George was an educator and poet, and he contributed regularly to Frederick Douglass’ North Star publication.
WAMO Day
June 27 from 12pm-4pm
WAMO 107.3 made history in Pittsburgh, June 19, 1993 to be the first organized celebration and remembrance of Juneteenth in Pittsburgh, called WAMO Day. WAMO has partnered with the City of Pittsburgh on many special events and it is an honor to collaborate on this Juneteenth's culminating showcase of black talent and culture in Pittsburgh. Special activities will be offered throughout the afternoon including: Cheat Code Gaming Truck, Beanie Paints Face Painting, Manchester Guild on the Go, CitiParks Art Cart, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, Houze of Waxx, Living Treasures Animal Park and more.
Small Business Economic Impact Zone
Open from 11am to 10pm daily
Stroll through the Vendor Plaza, a dedicated space featuring over 200 small businesses and minority-owned companies. Shop for handmade goods, browse curated items, and grab a bite from vendors serving delicious food.

Witness pitmasters battle it out in the sizzling BBQ contest, explore rich cultural activities, and peruse unique crafts from talented vendors. As the aroma of soul food fills the air, visit the stages and dance the night away.
