Pittsburgh welcomes motorcoach groups, and we want to ensure that you have a safe place to pick up and drop off groups of customers or park a bus.
If you are staying overnight, many hotels offer free or discounted overnight parking for motorcoaches when they book directly. For hotel accommodations at a bus friendly property, contact Amber Harkleroad at amber.harkleroad@visitpittsburgh.com or submit your Request for Information.
1Visit Pittsburgh Welcome Center at Senator John Heinz History Center (Smallman Street & 13th Street)
This location is along the street for dropping off customers that are visiting the Senator John Heinz History Center, or visiting the Strip District shops and restaurants. There are a few other lots in this area that have motorcoach parking available depending on the dates/time. 2Acrisure Stadium and PNC Ballpark/North Shore Neighborhood (Mazorowski Way/Art Rooney Ave)
Located in Pittsburgh’s North Shore you will find two major stadiums, PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. If you are headed to a game, concert, or other event at PNC Park the best location to drop off and park is along Mazeroski Way. Heading to a game, concert or event at Acrisure Stadium, the best location to drop off and park is along Art Rooney Ave. You can prearrange parking at one of the many lots managed by visiting their website PPG Public Parking or calling 412-231-5746. The North Shore is also home to several group friendly restaurants like Tequila Cowboy and Shorty's Pins x Pints.
3Downtown/The Cultural District (Penn Ave or Fort Duquesne Blvd)
This location is in the heart of downtown. If your group is attending a show at one of the many venues in The Cultural District, we recommend you visit their Motorcoach/School Bus Information Page. Many of the groups attending a show can unload in front of the theater and an ambassador will direct you to the best place to park.

4Station Square/Duquesne Incline Lot (W. Station Square Drive)
Located along the Monongahela River Shore, you will find many attractions such as The Duquesne Incline, and The Gateway Clipper Fleet. These two iconic attractions are perfect for your group. Contact ABM Parking Office

for information. A permit is required for overnight parking only. This is also a few blocks from one of our most historic and group friendly restaurants in Pittsburgh, The Grand Concourse.
5Oakland/University of Pittsburgh (Bigelow Ave/Lytton Ave/S. Bellefield Ave)
If you heading to Oakland home to many prestigious universities, and more than 40 world class museums, theaters, cultural and entertainment destinates here is what you need to know. Drivers are asked to stay on their buses. Drop off locations vary depending on your specific location, please ask your group sales representative for accurate information. Permits are required for street parking, please contact the Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh at OSM@pittsburghparking.com or 412-560-7275.
6Rivers Casino Pittsburgh (North Shore)
A popular destination for groups is the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh located right along the Ohio River and next to Acrisure Stadium. The casino is a perfect stop for an adult group with 21 or over attendees. They have an easy drop location at their front doors, and a great bus parking program. Buses must register in advance to obtain a permit, visit their website to register Rivers Casino Bus Program.
