Hotels in the Area

Many additional hotels can be found in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Guest rooms also are plentiful in these locations:

North Shore: Heinz FieldPNC Park, The Andy Warhol Museum, Carnegie Science Center and Rivers Casino along with interesting architecture and riverfront trails, make the North Shore a destination in itself.

Oakland/Shadyside/East Liberty: These neighborhoods to the east of Downtown are where the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University are located, along with museums such as the Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History and Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.

Airport: This region features more than 15 hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport and the first-ever LEED-certified Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport.

Green Tree: The community of Green Tree is situated just a couple of miles southwest of Downtown Pittsburgh. The area features many restaurants and retail stores, particularly along Banksville Road including the newly renovated Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree.

Monroeville: Home to many businesses, restaurants and malls, Monroeville is a short drive east of Downtown Pittsburgh.
