Soiree in the Strip

The Midwife Center’s second annual Soiree in the Strip is Saturday, September 28, 2024 at The Original Pittsburgh Winery! This event brings together 200+ community members, business leaders, healthcare professionals, local politicians and more to celebrate and raise critical funds for The Midwife Center - Western PA’s only licensed, freestanding birth center.

Guests will enjoy all the Pittsburgh Winery has to offer - including the open air, street-level Tasting Room and the expansive Cellar. DiAnoia’s Eatery, voted Pittsburgh’s best Italian restaurant, will be back with an updated menu of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

The event will feature a special performance from Melina Bowser, a local 24-year-old prolific singer/songwriter, to close out the evening.

6 PM-7 PM | VIP Reception - an intimate gathering of our best supporters. Includes a wine tasting and special hors d'oeuvres.

7 PM-9 PM | Main Event - a party featuring hors d'oeuvres and desserts, live music, 2 drink tickets, silent auction, and more in the Winery's charming and expansive Cellar.
