Make a Book: Community Stories
In this free workshop, you bring a story, and we’ll provide the supplies to create your own small book! Turn a favorite memory into a keepsake. Create a one-of-a-kind birthday or anniversary gift. Tell your stories of community and add to CLP’s digital collections. Participants may have their book scanned to create a large, collaborative community book for CLP’s celebrations commemorating America at 250.
As part of the celebration of America’s milestone anniversary, this program encourages reflection on the diverse voices, memories, and community connections that have built Pittsburgh.
