From small symposia in Washington, DC, to large-scale conferences in Rio de Janeiro, MaestroMeetings leverages its competencies in site selection, contract negotiation, and on-site event management to adapt to our partners' needs. Our specialization in the academic and social change sectors, combined with our purpose-oriented mission, allows our multicultural team to understand the importance and specific needs of your event.
We have managed a variety of conferences ranging from 50 to 6,000 participants in over ten different countries.
