- Sea Monkey - Opened December 2025
- This new spot in the Strip District is great for upscale sips and lowkey vibes.
- Creative Chem Co. Coffee & Coworking - Opened December 2025
- This former chemical plant in Bloomfield is now one part coffee shop, one part coworking space, and one part maker space.
- The Roaming Bean - Opened January 2026
- The beloved Pittsburgh coffee shop on four wheels now also has a permanent home in the Strip District
- Cork & Crust - Opened January 2026
- Neo-Neapolitan style pizza restaurant and elevated wine bar located in The Oaklander Hotel
- The Soft Spot - Opened February 2026
- A new sapphic coffee shop located on the Garfield side of Penn Avenue
