The 2025 Small Conference Grant Program helps smaller groups save on hotel costs when they choose Pittsburgh.
With affordable rates, easy travel, and signature city charm, hosting in the Steel City has never been easier. Valid for events booked by December 31, 2025 and actualized by December 31, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
- Booking & Event Dates: Contract must be executed by December 31, 2025. Event must actualize by December 31, 2026.
- Event Size: Minimum peak room block of 150 rooms, maximum 650 peak rooms. Must maintain 85–100% of peak for at least two nights. Single-peak-night events are not eligible.
- Competitive Consideration: Group must be evaluating at least two or more destinations for site selection.
- Business Type: Must represent new business to Allegheny County (no annual repeats). Excludes business prior to the program launch.
- Hotel Participation: Applicable to any Allegheny County-area hotel capable of accommodating qualifying room blocks.
