NFL Draft: Road Closures & Traffic Changes

A Safe, Walkable and Secure Draft Campus

To create a safe, walkable, and secure "Draft Campus," several streets in Downtown and the North Shore will be temporarily closed to vehicles. These changes are rolled out in phases to balance the excitement of the event with the needs of our neighbors who live and work here.

Road closure reminders will be disseminated in advance of the start of each phase. Updates will also be posted on the NFL OnePass app and pittsburghpa.gov.

Slight modifications will be made to the road closure plan in order to provide access for various businesses and PNC Park events.

How Can I Get Around the Closures?

Follow the Detours: All major closures will have clearly marked detour signs to help you navigate around the event footprint.
Neighborly Awareness: Organizers are meeting weekly with local business owners and residents to ensure everyone has the access they need.
Pirates Game Access: If you’re heading to PNC Park for a home game during these weeks, don't worry, traffic patterns will be adjusted specifically to support fan access to the ballpark
