North Shore/North Side Dining Tips
Keep Tabs on Events: If you’re heading out to eat during a Pirates or Steelers game, you’ll want to prepare ahead of time. Try to get a reservation, and if you can’t, be sure to show up early. During games, you’ll probably get a spot no problem, so keep tabs on when games start and when they might let out.
Time Your Ubers: For those planning on enjoying Pittsburgh’s nightlife to its fullest, most bars close at 2am. The same can be said for the bars in the North Shore. Because of this, there tends to be an uptick in rideshare demand and prices at around the time the bars close, especially on weekends. To combat this, it’s best to either reserve your ride ahead of time or leave a little early.
