Join us for a meaningful one mile walk where heart families, supporters, and survivors unite for change. This family friendly event brings our community together honoring Heart Warriors we've lost and those still fighting. We walk side by side- heart families, bereaved families, and supporters- showing that no one faces CHD alone.
