Outdoor Adventure

Get out there and explore the natural beauty of our region!

Pittsburgh is set right in the middle of the beautiful Western Pennsylvania landscape. Formed at the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers, Downtown Pittsburgh offers plenty of trails for hiking and biking, as well as opportunities to get out on the water and explore our glistening three rivers. The Point, found right at the confluence is also the end of the GAP Trail, a 150-mile stretch of rail trail that connects Pittsburgh to Cumberland, MD and eventually onward to Washington D.C.

Whatever level of outdoor adventurer you are, Pittsburgh has an experience fit for you! Pull up a chair, strap on your boots, and get out into the wild side of Pittsburgh.
