The Great Pittsburgh Book Crawl
[Greater Pittsburgh Area] – Pittsburgh Area Independent Bookstores are thrilled to announce the first annual Great Pittsburgh Book Crawl, set to take place from May 10 - May 18, 2025. This first-of-its-kind event will be hosted at participating indie bookstores throughout the Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania region. This event is open to the public and free of charge.
Guests will have the chance to pick up a Book Crawl Passport at any participating location and earn stamps by visiting different bookstores throughout the event. These stamps can be collected to win raffle prizes assembled by the participating bookstores. Attendees can expect to visit new bookstores in the region while also supporting their local favorites.
Two dozen independent book sellers in and around the Pittsburgh region have signed on to participate in the Book Crawl, making it an easy way for attendees to support local business and stock up on new books.
The Book Crawl strides to be a fun, inclusive, and welcoming event for everyone.
