Nurse John
John Dela Cruz turned his experience as a working nurse into Nurse John, a comedian whose sketches and stand-up mine the exhausting, absurd and deeply human moments of healthcare. His humor reaches beyond hospital staff, pairing workplace observations with an informal, work-bestie feel. He hosts the healthcare-focused podcast I Beg Your Pardon and has performed at Netflix Is a Joke, the New York Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs. His debut live run, The Short-Staffed Tour, played more than 200 shows.
