Poulet Bleu showcases an extensive wine list carefully created by sommelier, John Wabeck and an elegant-yet-approachable menu that ranges from escargot to steak frites and mussels. The interior of Poulet Bleu’s first floor boasts blue and white with complementing copper, zync, and pewter. Poulet has a mostly traditional French-farmhouse feel featuring an open kitchen with an island that guests can enjoy watching the chef’s talents on the Heston stove.
