We got this! In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, here are a few places where you can enjoy some authentic Irish food:
Bangers and Mash - sausage and mashed potatoes. Bangers and mash gets its name because sausages used to burst (or bang) while cooking, due to rusk (dried bread) being added to the meat or Guinness Stew - hearty beef stew made with lean boneless chuck that's cooked with carrots, parsnips and turnips and flavored with dark beer.
Banger Boxty – potato pancakes layered with Irish banger sausage, sauerkraut, cheddar cheese and peppercorn mustard.
Claddagh Irish Pub
Shepherd's Pie – seasoned ground beef and vegetables topped with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and onion crisps.
Mullaney's Harp & Fiddle
Corned Beef and Cabbage – slow cooked tender corned beef served with braised cabbage, carrots and boiled red potatoes.
Riley's Pour House
Jameson Whiskey Marinated Flat Iron Steak – nothing better than steak and potatoes (and whiskey!)
