2017 Labor Day in Pittsburgh

The summer may be winding down, but Pittsburgh is gearing up for a fun-filled Labor Day weekend.

Labor Day honors the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, laws and well-being of the country. Mostly, Pittsburghers enjoy Labor Day as a way to catch a cool festival, a free concert or a ballgame. This year, come enjoy some of the world's best tasting ribs at the annual Heinz Field Kickoff and Rib Festival, have a party with a pirate, check out some great live music, or roam with the dinosaurs. Here's a little bit about what's happening in the 'Burgh.
