Taxi cab voucher provided for transportation to Arbors Bed + Breakfast on Pittsburgh's North Shore. Arbors is gay-owned and -operated, private, with great beds, large rooms and hot tubs. Early check-in arranged.
2:00pmMeet VisitPittsburgh staff member in lobby for driving/walking tour of Downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding ethnic neighborhoods including the Strip District, Bloomfield, Lawrenceville, Shadyside and the South Side.
8:30amEarly dinner reservations at Church Brew Works. Dine in a historic, turn-of-the-century church turned brewery/restaurant.
Return to hotel.

10:15amVisit the Mattress Factory, a museum of contemporary art that commissions, exhibits and collects site-specific installations. It is one of the few museums of its kind in the country.
11:45amTour the Andy Warhol Museum, the most comprehensive single-artist museum in the world. This unique museum housed in a former factory encompasses an extensive collection of work by pop art icon and Pittsburgh native Andy Warhol.

Station Square is a popular tourist and dining spot along the Monongahela River. Explore Bessemer Court and the Shops inside Station Square.
Ride the Duquesne Incline to the top of Mt. Washington. Check out the fantastic view of the city, ranked the second most beautiful spot in America by USA Weekend Magazine.

10:30amMeet VisitPittsburgh staff member in hotel lobby.
11:00amTour the Frick Art & Historical Center, a 5.5-acre site which includes Clayton, one of the finest Victorian house museums in the country; the Frick Art Museum; and the Antique Car and Carriage Museum. Tour of Clayton scheduled for 11:00am.
Brief time before lunch to browse the Antique Car and Carriage Museum and the Frick Art Museum.
12:45pmLunch reservations at the Café at the Frick, a quaint cafe on the Frick Art & Historical Center grounds.
2:30pmVisit the Carnegie Museum of Art in Oakland. This museum houses the spectacular Hall of Architecture and a celebrated collection of post-Impressionist art.
3:30pmVisit the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, housed in the same building. The museum is home to one of the world’s largest collections of dinosaur skeletons (currently under renovation) and a spectacular gem stone collection.
Return to hotel.
Monday:
Spend the morning on your own.
1:00pmDepart for Pittsburgh International Airport via taxi cab voucher. Catch cab at hotel. Visit the airport’s AIRMALL as you depart, where you’ll find street level pricing on all items.
