Nemacolin's 3rd Five Alarm Mountain Madness Chili Cook-Off & BrewFest is an ICS - International Chili Society sanctioned Regional Cook-off. Award-winning cooks from across the country will compete in three categories: Red Chili, Chili Verde and Salsa for a chance at cash prizes, titles and advancement to the World’s Championship and chance at $25,000!
