Carnegie Mellon's School of Music is celebrating its centennial with a concert at the end of March in Pittsburgh. Concert starts at 8pm at Benedum Center for the Performing Arts, uniting 200 world-class students in the Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic, Repertory Chorus and Concert Choir with illustrious School of Music alumni who have earned critical acclaim in opera companies and orchestras around the world and on Broadway. Featured performers include San Antonio Opera's principal horn Peter Rubins (BFA '86), CMU faculty member William Caballero (principal horn, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra), and Brice Andrus (principal horn, Atlanta Symphony) For more information and to purchase tickets for the performance: http://music.cmu.edu/centennial/.
