The Western Pennsylvania Mito Group of the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation (UMDF) is holding an 'Energy for Life Walkathon' to raise funds to support and educate those individuals and families affected by mitochondrial disease and raise funds for research towards a cure for the disease. Walkers of all ages are invited to participate. Contact your friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers and build a team that will provide the energy for those in our community who suffer from mitochondrial disease.
