Every show is unique! Live shows dazzle audiences with brilliant colors and rockin' music in the Buhl Digital Dome. An exhibition of four, original, interactive artworks that are “tough” enough to withstand kid handling. Play with a giant kaleidoscope, activate a sculpture with your voice and more! This exhibit is supported by a grant from the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Sciences.

Join Studio Specialist Missy Steele to create cool patterned prints using items from nature! This is a special artist-led studio activity. Recommended for children ages 2-5. This is not a 2-hour class- drop in anytime during the activity hour. Our multimedia studio lets children of all ages express their artistic vision or learn new art forms. Activities offered every day for all ages include painting, papermaking with recycled paper pulp, and screen printing on a silkscreen bed.

This exhibit features a showcase of more than 60 guitars, ranging from the rare to wildly popular. It includes interactives about the science of sound as well as photography, performance videos, audio, touch screens and the World’s Largest Playable Guitar, certified by Guinness World Records. Plus, live performances by musicians of local, regional, and national note will be scheduled throughout the run of the exhibit.
