Downtown Brownsville's streets are filled with creative endeavors, including artist and artisan vendors and demonstrators, over 20 regional performing groups, six indoor recitals, three art exhibitions, an historical ball, an archealogical dig, book signings, make-and-take art projects, kids' activities, flaming hula hoops, giant puppets, and more!

A weekend multicultural celebration of the music, dance, food and hand-made crafts of over 30 countries and cultures. Continuous live entertainment all weekend!
