With over 1,400 entries to the photo contest, it was difficult to narrow down to a list of finalists. There were so many great photos that made Pittsburgh people, places and things truly shine. After careful consideration and much deliberation, the Top 10 were chosen. Public voting commenced and the race to the top spot was on!
Our first place winner is John Secoges with his submission, "The Chief." John lives in Reading, Pa and has made a number of trips to Pittsburgh to catch Steelers games. Last year was the first time he brought his entire family and he managed to snap a winning out photo on the trip.
The first runner up was Chris Keys with "A View from the Mon." This stunning shot gives a bright yet eerie and unique perspective of the Skyline.
The second runner up was Brett Whitling with "Sky Blast." Brett is extremely proud of the image and it's easy to see why. What a fantastic way to showcase the city of bridges and our spectacular firework shows!
Congratulations to everyone who participated for capturing some of Pittsburgh's best moments.

Thank you to everyone who submitted photos, and those who voted. We really had a lot of fun with this contest and we hope you did too!
